By selecting Tools in The Lab, you access the Tools Dashboard, where you can view the preconfigured Public Tools and create or manage your project’s Private Tools.

PublicTools

Each Tool is displayed as a card that includes its name, a short description, and its current status: Unpublished or Published.

If you need more information about a specific Tool, click anywhere on the card to open a detail panel on the right side of the screen. This panel provides extended information such as its complete description, associated project, and visibility.

For each Private Tool displayed, there is an Edit button. Clicking on this button immediately opens a new tab where you can continue working on that Private Tool. The full name of the Private Tool appears at the top of this new tab, followed by its publication status (Published or Draft).

ToolsDashboard2

By default, this tab includes two other tabs:

  • Configuration: Contains the editable structure of the Private Tool.
  • JSON: Shows the underlying JSON configuration for the Private Tool, which is automatically updated as you complete each section in the Configuration tab.

When you return to the Tools Dashboard, for each Private Tool displayed as a card there is a More Options menu. This menu lets you perform additional actions, such as Delete tool, which permanently removes the Tool from the Dashboard.

In the upper-right corner of the screen, there is a + New Tool button. Clicking on this button opens a blank editing tab so you can start configuring a new Private Tool from scratch.
