You can recalculate and update the data in the summary table—used to populate Dashboards—by using the Reprocess Requests and load summary table section.

This can be necessary for several reasons, such as:

New metrics: When new metrics are introduced to the system, you might need to reprocess past requests to calculate and include these new data points in your reports.

Data corrections: If you find mistakes in your data, you can use reprocessing requests to fix and update the values.

System updates: If there are big system changes or updates in how data is handled, reprocessing requests helps keep the data correct and consistent.

How to Reprocess Requests

Go to Console and select SUPERADMIN OPTION > System > Metadata > Request utils > Reprocess Requests and load summary table.

Reprocess Requests and load summary table section

Choose the metadata you want to load:

  • Load all measures: This option recalculates and loads all available metrics into the summary table.
  • Load some measures: This option allows you to select specific metrics to recalculate and load.

To select a measure, select the check box next to its name.

Then, click on the REPROCESS REQUESTS (SUBMIT) button. A message will appear asking you to confirm the action.

You can view the progress and results of this process in the Operation Logs, accessible via System > Operation Logs.

After reprocessing, the summary table and associated Dashboards will reflect the updated data.
