The Lab provides a clear and user-friendly environment for creating, configuring, and testing Agents, Agentic Processes, and Flows.

The main areas of its interface are:
The Navigation header is located at the top of the screen and controls where you are working and under which context. It includes the following:
- Component selector
- Organization selector
- Project selector
- Profile menu
The Component selector is the dropdown that appears next to the Globant Enterprise AI label in the Navigation header. When you click on it, you can choose one of the main components of Globant Enterprise AI and you are redirected to its corresponding interface:

- Console: Manage and monitor your entire AI ecosystem.
- Station: Discover AI-powered solutions.
- Workspace: Run AI solutions, such as different Assistants, including Flows and Agents.
The Organization selector is the dropdown on the right side of the Navigation header that shows the Organization you are currently working in (for example, Docum).
When you click on it, you see the list of Organizations you have access to in Globant Enterprise AI and you can choose the one you want to work in. When you select a different Organization, a confirmation dialog warns you that this change may affect your permissions and access. In that dialog, choose the target Organization and click on Change to confirm. After you confirm, the available Projects for that Organization become active in the Project selector.

At the top of the Side menu, just below the Organization selector, you see the currently selected Organization and Project (for example, Default). This Project selector lets you manage the active Project within the current Organization.

When you click on this selector, a dropdown opens with the list of Projects you have access to in the current Organization. Clicking on a Project changes the context of the Lab to that Project, so that the Agents, Tools, Agentic Processes, and Flows shown in the Lab belong to the selected Project.
On the far right of the Navigation header, you see your avatar and username. Clicking on this area opens the Profile menu, where you can:
- See the email associated with your account.
- Toggle Dark Mode on or off.
- Change the interface language.
- Log out from Globant Enterprise AI.

The Side menu appears as a vertical panel on the left side of the screen and lets you browse the main sections of the Lab. This menu includes the following:

- Main Section
- Help & Support
You can collapse or expand this menu using the arrow at the top of the panel, depending on how much space you want to use for the central working area.
This section, located directly below the Project selector, shows the components of The Lab.

- Agents: All the Agents created are managed here. From this view, you can create, edit, test, and publish Agents.
- Tools: Provides access to creating, editing, and publishing Tools that Agents can use during execution.
- Agentic Processes: A section dedicated to defining business processes that integrate Agents and human tasks.
- Flows: Provides access to the creation of conversational Flows that combine Assistants and Agents to deliver intelligent, contextual interactions with consumers.
When you click on any of these, a dedicated Dashboard opens in the main interface. By default, the Agents Dashboard is shown.
The Help & Support option appears at the bottom of the Side menu. When you click on it, a small menu opens where you can:

- Contact Us: Send a message to request assistance or report an issue.
- View Tutorial Video: Watch an introductory video that explains the main features of Globant Enterprise AI.
- Help: Open the help documentation to access more detailed guides and reference material.
The main view of the environment is the Agents Dashboard, which displays the current status of the Agents. If no Agents have been created yet, a screen appears prompting you to start the creation process in one of three ways.

- New Agent with Iris: Uses the Iris assistant to guide you through creating an Agent in a conversational way.
- Import Agent: Enables you to import an Agent from a LabPackage file, along with its associated resources like Tools or other Agents.
- New Agent Manually: Allows you to configure the Agent step by step by directly filling out definition forms.
You can access the Agent configuration interface by selecting one of these methods. For more details, see Agents Dashboard.
