It is possible to allow consumers to share a conversation with an Agent via a public link from the Workspace or Run. Anyone who receives the link will be able to view the history up to the shared point and continue the conversation from there.

To enable the use of shared links, you must have Organization Admin permissions and follow the steps listed below.

Enable the policy at the organizational level

  1. Go to the Console and navigate to Settings.
  2. Under General Settings:
    • Select Enable 'Share conversations' to enable the use of conversation links.
  3. Click on Confirm.

Enable the use of links in the Agent

  1. Go to the Agents in the Build section of the Agentic Hub.
  2. Select the Agent you want to configure and click the edit option.
  3. In the top-right corner, click on the three-dot menu () and select Chat sharing settings.
  4. In the dialog, select Anonymous and click on Save.
  5. Publish the Agent.
  6. The Share option in the Workspace or Run is enabled after the Agent responds at least once.

Shared link behavior

  • Anyone who accesses the link enters as a Guest. The header displays Guest and Continuation of a shared conversation.
  • Guests can view the history up to the shared point and continue the conversation from that point.
  • They cannot start a new chat with the Agent using that link.
  • Interactions made through the link are not saved. If the page is reloaded or closed, progress is lost.
  • The link does not reveal your identity or expose the Agent's personalized instructions.

Execution costs

Interactions made through the link are charged to the Project the original Agent belongs to.
