The User tab is displayed by default when you click on the Adoption Dashboard. This section provides indicators that reflect the adoption rates of users who interact with the Agents. The data sources for these indicators are derived from the requests made by users.

At the top right of the Console Header, use the Project Selector to choose a single, specific project. After selecting a project using the Project Selector, the information displayed on the User tab is immediately filtered to reflect only the selected Project.

It's also possible to view data for all users across all Projects within the Organization. However, this cannot be done using the Project Selector. Instead, you must use the filters available directly on the User tab.

The filters available on the User tab, and how they function, depend on your role and organizational access:

  • System Administrator or Organization Member with access to multiple Organizations: If you have a System Administrator role, or if you are an Organization Member with access to multiple Organizations, you can filter the data displayed by:
    • Organization (includes All to view all Organizations)
    • Project (includes All to view all Projects)
    • Agent (includes All to view all Agents)
    • Start Date
    • End Date
  • Organization Member with access to a single Organization: If you have an Organization Member role and only have access to a single Organization, the Organization filter is not displayed. You can filter the data by:
    • Project (includes All to view all Projects)
    • Agent (includes All to view all Agents)
    • Start Date
    • End Date

The User tab includes the following key metrics, providing a snapshot of user activity and engagement:

  • Total Active Users: Number of users who made requests in the specified date range. (For example, 3 distinct users have interacted with Agents during the selected period.)
  • Total Active Projects: Number of Projects that had at least one request within the specified date range. (For example, 1 Project was used during the selected period.)
  • Total Active Agents: Number of distinct Agents used to fulfill requests within the specified date range. (For example, 7 different Agents were used during the selected period.)
  • Average Requests by Day: Average number of requests made per day within the specified date range. (For example, approximately 16 requests were made on average each day.)
  • Average Users per Project: Average number of distinct users who made requests per Project. (For example, each Project had an average of three users interacting with it.)
  • Average Users per Agent: Average number of distinct users who made requests per Agent. (For example, each Agent was used by an average of one to two users.)

For a graphical overview of top contributors, the User tab also presents the following charts:

  • Top Ten Agents by Requests: Groups requests by Agent, sums the number of requests, orders in descending order, and shows the top 10 rows. (For example, a bar chart displaying the top 10 agents used, with "API Documentation Agent" at the top with 147 requests.)
  • Top Ten Users by Requests: Groups requests by user, sums the number of requests, orders in descending order, and shows the top 10 rows. (For example, a bar chart displaying the top 10 users, with "lm@globant.com" at the top with 184 requests.)
  • Top Ten Agents by Token Usage: Groups requests by agent, sums the number of tokens, orders in descending order, and shows the top 10 rows. (For example, a bar chart displaying the top 10 agents by token consumption, with "API Documentation Agent" consuming 4,891,573 tokens.)
  • Total Requests by day: Groups requests by day and sums the total number of requests. (For example, a line graph showing the trend of total requests over time, with a peak of 64 requests)

This timeline chart is interactive. You can adjust the visible time period using the slider below the chart. Slide the control to focus on specific intervals and analyze trends within that period.

The Active Users table provides a detailed view of individual user activity within the platform, broken down by:

  • User: The username or identifier of the user.
  • Requests: The total number of requests made by the user.
  • Cost: The total cost associated with the user's requests.
  • Total tokens: The total number of tokens consumed by the user.

    • Sort: Arrange the data in ascending or descending order based on the values in that column.
    • Move Column: Reorder columns by moving them left or right.
    • Filter: Use the All, None, and Reverse buttons to quickly select or deselect values in the filter list.
    • Search: Quickly find specific users, request counts, costs, or token amounts using the search bar.
  • Access Table Options: Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner of the table to access:

    • Export: Download the table data in various formats, including XML, HTML, PDF, XLS, and XLSX.
    • Visible Columns: Choose which columns are displayed in the table. You can show or hide the User, Requests, Cost, and Total Tokens columns to focus on the most relevant data.
