The Jobs section allows you to review all executions performed by your Agents. It provides detailed information about each execution, including what was run, when, its duration, and cost.

Jobs is located within The Lab Options in the Console Menu. TheLabSection-Jobs

You can view the following details for each Job:

  • Agent: The name of the Agent that performed the Task.
  • Task: A description of the action the Agent performed. This field is only populated when the Agent runs as part of an Agentic Process, showing the name assigned to the corresponding Task. If the Agent is executed independently, this field remains empty.
  • Subject: The specific item or entity the Agent's Task is related to.
  • Cost (USD): The cost associated with the Agent's execution of the Task.
  • Duration (secs): The time it took for the Agent to complete the Task, measured in seconds.
  • Created: The date and time when the Job was initiated.
  • Ended: The date and time when the Job was completed.
  • Status: Indicates the final outcome of the Job. The icon color reflects the result:
    • Green for Completed, when the activity finished successfully.
    • Red for Aborted or Canceled, when the execution was interrupted.
    • Yellow for Completed with errors, when the activity ended but encountered issues.
    • Blue for Running, when the job is still in progress.

Filtering Options

At the top of the Jobs Gallery, you can filter the displayed executions by Agent or Subject to quickly locate specific jobs. The filter icon on the right opens additional options that allow you to:

  • Clean filters: Clear all active filters and display the complete job list again.
  • Save filter as…: Store a custom filter configuration for later reuse.
  • Show advanced filters: Access more detailed filtering options to refine your search.

These options help you manage large job lists efficiently and focus only on the executions you need to review.

Subject Details View

When you click on a Subject in the Jobs list, the level of detail displayed depends on whether the execution was associated with a Task inside an Agentic Process or if it was an independent Agent execution.

If the Job corresponds to an Agent that was executed as part of a Task within an Agentic Process, a detailed view opens with four tabs:

  • General: Displays information about the job, such as ID, Agent/Revision, Run Status, timestamps, Cost, Duration, and Owner.
  • Steps: Lists the steps performed during the execution, showing their Type (Log or Action), Title, Status, and timestamps. You can also download logs or Artifacts generated in each Step.
  • Activity Instance: Shows the state and metadata of the activity instance that triggered the Agent’s execution, allowing you to trace the context within the overall process.
  • Artifacts: Lists the output files produced by the execution, which can be viewed or downloaded directly from this tab.

If the Agent was executed independently, the view only includes two tabs:

  • General: With the same execution details described above.
  • Steps: Showing the internal execution flow and any generated logs or artifacts.
