The Processes section allows you to review all the Agentic Processes that have been executed in your Project. It provides detailed information about each execution, including its State, Duration, Cost, and timestamps.
Processes is located within The Lab Options in the Console Menu.
You can view the following details for each Process instance:
- Process: The name of the Agentic Process executed.
- Version: The specific version of the Process that was run.
- Subject: The item or topic related to the execution. You can click on the Subject to access detailed information about that Process instance.
- State: Indicates the current or final state of the Process. The icon color reflects the result:
- Blue for Running, when the process is still in execution.
- Green for Completed, when it finished successfully.
- Red for Canceled or Aborted, when the execution was interrupted.
- Yellow for Completed with errors, when it ended but encountered issues.
- Cost (USD): The total cost of the Process execution.
- Duration (hrs): The total time the Process took to complete, measured in hours.
- Created: The date and time when the Process started.
- Ended: The date and time when the Process ended.
At the top of the Processes section, you can filter the displayed executions by Process or Subject to quickly locate specific records. The filter icon on the right opens additional options that allow you to:
- Clean filters: Clear all active filters and display the complete list again.
- Save filter as…: Store a custom filter configuration for later reuse.
- Show advanced filters: Display additional filtering fields below the main bar, giving you more control over the search results. You can refine the list by:
- State: Choose a specific status, such as Running, Completed, Canceled, or Aborted. The default value (All) includes every state.
- Created: Specify a date or date range to find Processes that started within a defined period.
- Ended: Filter by completion date to locate Processes that finished within a specific timeframe.
When you click on a Subject in the Processes list, a detailed view of that Process instance opens. This view includes three tabs that allow you to analyze the execution in depth:
- General: Displays key information about the selected Process instance, including the Process Name, Version, Subject, State, Duration, Creation and end timestamps, Cost, and identifiers such as Definition ID and Instance ID.
- Artifacts: Lists all Artifacts generated during the Process execution. For each Artifact, you can view its Name, Type, Source, and Creation Date, as well as download it directly.
- History: Shows all activities executed within the Process, including their Type, State, timestamps, and Agent Job status. If the activity corresponds to a Work-Agent type and has associated steps, a STEPS link appears on the right.
When you click on STEPS, a detailed view called Agent Job Steps opens. It displays:
- Process Instance Information: Summarizes which Process, Task, and Subject the Agent belongs to.
- Execution Steps: Lists each Step with its Type (Log or Action), Title, Status, and timestamps. You can also access the associated logs or Artifacts created during each Step.
This detailed view helps you trace the complete execution path of a Process—from its general overview to the specific steps carried out by each Agent involved.
