The Files section provides a centralized view of all Artifacts generated in your Agentic Processes. It allows you to access, review, and download outputs produced across different executions without the need to re-run them.
Files is located within The Lab Options in the Console Menu.
Each file entry includes the following details:
- Name: The name of the Artifact. You can click on it to open a detailed view of the process or job that produced it.
- Type: The Artifact’s format or category. Corresponds to the Input Artifact type defined during configuration (for example, Text, MarkdownArticle, or TranslatedMarkdownArticle).
- Source: Indicates the origin of the Artifact. It can come from a specific user (when generated manually) or from the WFENGINE system (when produced automatically by an Agent or Process).
- Created: Shows the date and time when the Artifact was generated.
- Download: Provides a direct link to download the Artifact.
At the top of the section, you can use filters to quickly locate specific Artifacts. You can filter by Name or Type, and use the filter icon on the right to access additional options such as cleaning filters, saving custom filter sets, or showing advanced filters for more detailed searches.
When you click on a Name in the Files section, the Artifact Editor window opens, displaying detailed the following information about the selected Artifact:
- Id: The unique identifier assigned to the Artifact.
- Name: The Artifact’s name, as it appears in the list.
- Type: Corresponds to the Input Artifact type defined during configuration (for example, Text, MarkdownArticle, or TranslatedMarkdownArticle).
- Source: Shows who or what generated the Artifact. It can be a specific user or the WFENGINE system.
- Thread Id: Identifies the Process or Job execution thread that produced the Artifact.
- Created: Displays the exact date and time when the Artifact was generated.
