It is possible to publish an AI Solution (Agent or Flow) so that it becomes available in Solutions and can be executed from Run, according to the execution permissions defined for the Organization.
To enable publishing, you must have Organization Admin permissions and follow the steps listed below.
- Go to the Console and navigate to Settings.
- In General Settings, under Applies to all projects in the organization:
- Select Enable Sharing Policy to activate the policy for all projects in the organization.
- In the Enable option to Publish agents in the solution Gallery dropdown, select the publication scope according to how you want the solution to be executed:
- None: The Agent published as a solution cannot be executed by anyone in the Organization.
- Project: Only members of the current Project can execute the solution.
- Organization: Any member of the Organization can execute the solution.
- Click on Confirm.
- Go to Agentic Hub and click on Agents / Flows to open the Agents Dashboard / Flows Dashboard.
- Locate the Agent / Flow you want to publish and click More Options on its card.
- Select Publish.

Then, in Agentic Hub - Manage - Solutions, the administrator can review, approve, request changes to, or reject the published solution.
