The Station provides a clear, user-friendly environment where you can discover and explore AI solutions and launch them in the Workspace, without dealing with infrastructure or model configuration.

The main areas of the Station interface are:

Station

  1. Navigation header: Shows the Component selector, your current Organization and Project, and your user profile options.
  2. Side Navigation Menu: Lets you switch between Solutions Gallery, Workspace, and Help & Support; if your profile has the required permissions, you also see Admin Solutions.
  3. Solutions Dashboard: Central area where you browse, search, and open the AI solutions available in the selected Organization and Project.

1. Navigation header

The Navigation header is the bar at the top of the Station and contains:

  • Component selector
  • Organization selector
  • Profile Menu

Component selector

The Component selector is the dropdown next to the Globant Enterprise AI label. When you click on it, you can switch to any of the main components of Globant Enterprise AI:

Station1

  • Console: Oversee your entire AI ecosystem and manage models, Agents, Tools, and integrations.
  • Lab: Design, test, and improve AI Agents, Tools, and Flows.
  • Workspace: Safely run and validate AI solutions before going live.

Organization selector

The Organization selector is the dropdown with the building icon (for example, DoumTeam). When you click on it, you see the list of Organizations you have access to and choose the one you want to work in. After you change the Organization, the Station reloads and shows the solutions and environments available for that Organization.

Station2

Project selector

Next to the Organization selector, you find the Project selector (for example, Default). Use this dropdown to choose the Project where you want to browse and run solutions. The Solutions Gallery updates according to the environment you select.

Station3

Profile Menu

The Profile Menu is located on the far right of the Navigation header and shows your avatar and username. When you click on it, a dropdown menu opens where you can:

Station4

  • See your account email.
  • Change the interface language.
  • Log out from Globant Enterprise AI.

2. Side Navigation Menu

The Side Navigation Menu allows you to move between the main sections of the Station and manage the context in which you consume AI solutions. From this menu, you can:

Station5

  • Open Solutions Gallery to browse the catalog of available AI solutions.
  • Open Workspace to run and interact with published solutions.
  • Open Admin Solutions to review and manage solutions if you have administrator permissions.
  • Open Help & Support to access help resources and contact options.

Solutions Gallery

Use Solutions Gallery to open the Solutions Dashboard for your current Organization and Project.

Station6

Workspace

When you click on Workspace, you can:

Station7

  • Access pinned solutions under the Pinned tab.
  • Review recently used solutions under the History tab.

Admin Solutions

The Admin Solutions in The Station section allows you to review and control the AI solutions that are available in The Station for your Organization or Projects. You only see this section if you have an administrator role, and you use it to approve, unpublish, or reject solutions so that consumers only access validated, well-described options.

Station8

Help & Support

Use Help & Support to access help resources and contact the support team when you need assistance. Here you can:

Station9

  • Select Help to review documentation and guidance.
  • Select Contact Us to report issues or request support for The Station or for a specific solution execution.

3. Solutions Dashboard

Use the Solutions Dashboard to explore the AI solutions available in your current Organization and Project.

In the Solutions Dashboard, each solution appears as a card that provides a quick overview. On each card, you can see:

Station10

  • The solution avatar and name.
  • A short role label (for example, Website Summarization Expert) that describes what the solution does.
  • A short description summarizing the main purpose of the solution.
  • A rating summary showing the star rating and the number of reviews.
  • Actions, including View detail and Run to interact with it in the Workspace.
  • A favorite icon (heart) to mark the solution as a favorite.

When you click on View detail on a card, you open the Solution Details Page, Reviews, and Similar solutions.

Station11

Solution details

When you open a solution from the Solutions Dashboard, The Station shows the solution details page. In the main section, you see:

  • The solution avatar, current version, name, and role (for example, Website Summarization Expert).
  • The rating with stars, the number of Reviews, and the Creator name.
  • A full description explaining what the solution does and what type of insights or results it provides.
  • The Industries where the solution applies, shown as tags.
  • The Expertise Level (for example, Beginner), indicating the level of knowledge expected from you as a consumer.
  • The Associated tools, displayed as cards with the tool identifier and a short description of what each tool does.
  • The Model used by the solution, shown in a panel on the right side.

At the bottom of this section, you find the main actions:

  • Share to share the solution with other consumers.
  • Download to download the solution definition when this option is available.
  • Rate to add your own rating and comment.
  • Run to launch the solution in the Workspace.

Reviews

In the Reviews section, you see Top Reviews written by other consumers. For each review, you see:

  • The reviewer name and the review date.
  • The star rating given to the solution.
  • A short comment describing their experience.

You use this section to understand how others evaluated the solution before deciding to run it.

Similar solutions

In the Similar solutions section, you see other solutions related to the one you are viewing. This section includes:

  • A Filter by dropdown (for example, Industries) to refine the type of similar solutions shown.
  • A row of solution cards with the same structure as in the Solutions Dashboard, each one with View detail and Run actions.

You use this section to compare alternatives and discover other solutions that may also fit your needs.
