This article describes the life cycle for each Globant Enterprise AI version and its upgrades, along with the policy behind it.
The life cycle applies to Globant Enterprise AI (and its modules such as The Lab, The Station, Console, etc.) for all editions except Trial.
This applies to the above-mentioned modules since December 2025.
Support Terminated: The final date on which support is available. After this date, no support of any kind will be provided for that version.
Each version released for a given region reaches its Support Terminated date one year after its release date.
The following table details the release date for each Globant Enterprise AI version together with its corresponding Support Terminated date.

Versions prior to 2025-01 have already reached their end of life, that is to say, their Support Terminated stage.
Access to hotfixes is always restricted to Clients with up-to-date contracts that include a support service.
