How to create a Flow through Import Flow

This is a step-by-step guide to create a Flow using the Import Flow option.

Step 1: Access the Agentic Hub

After you log in to Agentic Hub in Glob.AI OS go to the Flows option in the Build section.

You will found the Flows home at the right of the screen.

When accessing Flows for the first time, a welcome screen is displayed, as shown in the right side of the image above.

Step 2: Select Import Flow

By default, you can create a New Flow in two ways:

• Import Flow from an existing JSON File
• Create a New Flow Manually.

Select Import Flow.

Step 3: Import JSON file

A new window will open where you can either upload or drag and drop your JSON file with the Flow.

• The JSON you upload must be specific.
• If the Flow has Agents, they will be exported together with the Flow. When you import the Flow, the system performs a name-based validation to determine whether the Agents already exist or need to be imported as well.
• Assistants and RAG Assistants are not exported.

Step 4: Run the imported Flow

Once a message confirms that the file has been successfully imported, select Flow Builder to continue editing the Flow or to run it.
