The Admin Solutions panel allows you, as an administrator (Organization Administrator or Project Administrator), to moderate and manage the AI solutions available in The Station for your Organization or specific Projects.
You can see the Admin Solutions option in the Side Navigation Menu in The Station.
Inside Admin Solutions, you see a table with all the solutions that are in your scope (Organization or Project). Each row shows key information such as:
- Solution name
- Solution status
- Revision status
- Project
- Publisher
- Version, submitted date, and reviewed date
You can use the Search box to locate a specific solution and the Filter option to refine the list by Solution Status or Revision Status.
Admin Solutions lets you control the lifecycle of each solution.
Each solution can be in one of the following Solution Status values:
- Draft: The solution was sent from The Lab to The Station and has not been published yet.
- Published: The solution is approved and visible in The Station.
- Unpublished: The solution was visible but was removed from public view.
- Rejected: The solution was denied publication because it does not meet organizational or Station criteria.
Each solution can also have several revisions, each with its own Revision Status:
- Pending Review: A new version was submitted from The Lab and is waiting for approval.
- Pending Changes: You requested adjustments before the version can be published. The request is shared with both the Publisher (who submitted the solution) and the Owner (who created it).
- Published: The revision was approved and is visible in The Station.
- Unpublished or Rejected: The revision was removed or rejected because it does not meet the required standards.
When a new solution or revision arrives from The Lab, it enters the Pending Review state. If you request changes or reject a solution, The Station sends an email notification to the Publisher and the Owner. When you approve a revision, The Station also sends an email confirming the publication.
All moderation actions are recorded in the History section for each solution. There you see a timeline of submissions, reviews, change requests, approvals, and rejections.
Admin Solutions includes several tools to help you work efficiently:
- Pagination and sorting: You can move through multiple pages of solutions and sort the table by columns such as date or name.
- Audit trail: Every moderation action is logged so you can see who approved, rejected, or modified a solution.
- Scope awareness: If you are an Organization Administrator, you see all solutions. If you are a Project Administrator, you see only the solutions linked to your Project.
The Admin Solutions panel focuses on information quality and governance. You review names, descriptions, metadata, and visibility of solutions, rather than performing detailed functional testing of each solution.
