Settings lets you configure Organization-wide options that apply to all Projects, including sharing controls, Chat with Data server connectivity, and request-sensitive logging.
You can find Settings in the left navigation menu, under Organization Options.
Use General Settings to enable organization-wide sharing features that are required to publish Agents to The Station and to share Agent conversations via a link.
Use these settings to configure a Chat with data server that connects a Chat with Data Assistant to a private database that is not accessible from the internet. The Chat with data server must be accessible from Globant Enterprise AI so it can call the required services.
- Base URL: Sets the public REST endpoint exposed by your Chat with Data server, which Globant Enterprise AI calls to run queries.
- API key: Sets the credential used to authenticate Globant Enterprise AI requests to that server.
- TEST CONNECTION: Checks that Globant Enterprise AI can reach the endpoint and authenticate successfully.
Use Request-sensitive logging (for all projects) to control whether sensitive content (request and response) is excluded from logs across the Organization.
- Exclude request input data (EXCLUDE_INPUTS): Excludes the user-provided input text from logs. The request is still logged, but without the input content.
- Exclude request output data (EXCLUDE_OUTPUTS): Excludes the model-generated output text from logs. The request is still logged, but without the output content.
If you define at least one of these properties, the configuration is mandatorily applied to all projects.
- Configure the settings you need.
- Click on CONFIRM to apply the changes, or CANCEL to discard them.
