This is a step-by-step guide to create a Flow using the Import Flow option.

Step 1: Access The Lab

After you log in to Globant Enterprise AI, open The Lab. In the Side Navigation Menu, locate Flows at the bottom.

Click on Flows to open the Flows Dashboard.

Step 2: Access the Flow Dashboard

The first time you access the Flows Dashboard, a welcome screen is displayed, as shown in the image below:

ImportFlow1

By default, you can create a New Flow in two ways:

  • Import a Flow from an existing JSON File
  • Create a New Flow Manually.

To create your New Flow Manually, follow the steps explained in How to create a Flow.

Step 3: Select Import Flow

In the Flows Dashboard, click on Import Flow.

A new window will open where you can either upload or drag and drop your JSON file with the Flow.

ImportFlow2

  • The JSON you upload must be specific.
  • If the Flow has Agents, they will be exported together with the Flow. When you import the Flow, the system performs a name-based validation to determine whether the Agents already exist or need to be imported as well.
  • Assistants and RAG Assistants are not exported.

For more information, see Danger Zone in the Flows Configuration article.

Step 4: Run the imported Flow

Once a message confirms that the file has been successfully imported, select Flow Builder to continue editing the Flow or to run it.
