This article describes the Glob.AI OS interface and explains how to navigate and use it.
The main areas of the platform are:
- Navigation header
- Side Menu
- Central working area
The Navigation header is located at the top of the platform. It includes the following:
- Hub selector
- Organization selector
- Project selector
- Profile menu
The Hub selector is the dropdown that appears next to the Glob.AI OS logo in the Navigation header, showing the Hub you are currently working in (for example, Agentic Hub).
When you click on it, the available Hubs are displayed and you can switch to a different one. The Hubs you can access may vary depending on your permissions.
The Organization selector is the dropdown located on the right side of the Navigation header that shows the Organization you are currently working in (for example, Demo).
When you click on it, the list of Organizations you have access to appears and you can choose the one you want to work in. When you select a different Organization, a confirmation dialog warns you that this change may affect your permissions and access. Choose the target Organization and click Change to confirm.
The Project selector appears in the Navigation header, next to the Organization selector. It shows the Project you are currently working in (for example, Documentation).
When you click on it, a dropdown opens with the list of Projects available within the current Organization. Clicking on a Project changes the working context, so that the the resources shown belong to the selected Project.
On the far right of the Navigation header, you see your avatar and username. Clicking on this area opens the Profile menu, where you can:
- See the email associated with your account.
- Toggle Dark Mode on or off.
- Change the interface language.
- Log out from Glob.AI OS.
The Side Menu appears on the left side of the platform and lets you browse the main sections of the Hub you are currently working in. This menu includes the following:
- Main Section
- Budget Usage
- Help & Support
You can collapse or expand this menu using the arrow at the top of the panel, depending on how much space you want to use for the central working area.
This menu will offer you different options depending on the Hub you are working in.
The Budget Usage shows the budget assigned to the current Project and how much of it has been consumed.
It includes the following information:
- Total budget: Displays the total budget assigned to the Project. It can be expressed as a monetary amount (for example, $20) or as a number of requests (for example, 5K).
- Usage progress bar: Visually represents how much of the budget has been consumed.
- Consumption details: Shows the percentage and exact amount already spent (for example, Spent 4.41% ($0.88) or Spent 5.86% (293 requests)).
The Help & Support option appears at the bottom of the Side Navigation Menu. When you click on it, a small menu opens where you can:
- Contact Us: Send a message to request assistance or report an issue.
- View Tutorial Video: Watch an introductory video that explains the main features of Glob.AI OS.
- Help: Opens the Glob.AI OS documentation, where you can access detailed guides and reference material.
The Central working area is the section where the features available for the selected Side Menu option are displayed.
Its content changes when you select a specific section from the Side Menu, and the available options in the Side Menu depend on the Hub you are working in.
