The Solutions section under Manage in the Agentic Hub provides the Admin Solutions panel, where administrators (Organization Administrator or Project Administrator) can review, approve, request changes to, or reject AI solutions available in Solutions for their Organization or specific Projects.

Inside Admin Solutions, a table displays all AI solutions within your scope (Organization or Project). You can use the Search box to locate a solution by name, or use the Filter option to narrow the list by Solution Status or Revision Status.

Each row includes the following information:

  • Solution Name: Name of the AI solution.
  • Solution Status: Current publication status of the solution.
  • Revision Status: Review status of the latest submitted version.
  • Project: Project the solution belongs to.
  • Publisher: User who submitted the solution.
  • Public Version: Version currently visible to end users.
  • Version: Internal version number of the solution.
  • Source: Origin of the solution. Solutions created within the platform display Internal.
  • Submitted: Date when the solution was submitted for review.
  • Reviewed: Date when the solution was last reviewed.
  • Actions: Three-dot menu at the end of the row containing the following options:
    • Moderate Solution: Opens the solution detail page, where you can review the complete content of a submitted revision, including metadata, description, model, taxonomies, and associated tools. From this page, you can approve, reject, or request changes to the revision.
    • View History: Opens the Status History panel for the selected solution. This panel displays a chronological timeline of all moderation events, including submissions, status transitions, and the publisher associated with each change.

Moderation workflow

Admin Solutions allows you to control the lifecycle of each solution.

Each AI solution can have one of the following Solution Status values:

  • Draft: The AI solution was submitted but has not been published yet.
  • Published: The AI solution is approved and visible in Solutions.
  • Unpublished: The AI solution was previously visible but has been removed from public view.
  • Rejected: The AI solution was denied publication because it does not meet organizational criteria.

Each solution can also contain multiple revisions, each with its own Revision Status:

  • Pending Review: A new version was submitted and is waiting for approval.
  • Pending Changes: Adjustments were requested before the version can be published. The request is shared with both the Publisher (who submitted the solution) and the Owner (who created it).
  • Published: The revision was approved and is visible in Solutions.
  • Unpublished or Rejected: The revision was removed or rejected because it does not meet the required standards.

All moderation actions are recorded in the History section for each AI solution. This section displays a timeline of submissions, reviews, change requests, approvals, and rejections.

Additional features

Admin Solutions includes the following features:

  • Pagination and sorting: Allows navigating through multiple pages of solutions and sorting the table by columns such as date or name.
  • Audit trail: Logs every moderation action so you can identify who approved, rejected, or modified a solution.
  • Scope awareness: Organization Administrators can view all solutions. Project Administrators can view only the solutions associated with their Project.

The Admin Solutions panel focuses on information quality and governance. It is intended for reviewing solution names, descriptions, metadata, and visibility rather than performing detailed functional testing of each solution.
