Guardrails let you detect and prevent unwanted or unsafe behavior in your Agents. You can use them to block malicious inputs, moderate inappropriate content, and check that your Agent's responses stay clear and reliable.
To allow the configuration of Guardrails on your Agents, you need the SuperAdmin role.
Follow these steps to update the module and enable Guardrails:
- Open the Console.
- Go to SuperAdmin Options > System > System Modules.
- Find The Lab Public Components module and select Update.
Once you update The Lab Public Components module, go to the Hubs and, from the Hub selector, select Agentic Hub.
On the Side Menu, click Build > Agents to open the Agents Dashboard, then select the Agent you want to add Guardrails to.
Go to the AI & and Tools Tab of an Agent, and locate the AI Configuration section. In this section, find the Security Guardrails panel.
Click + Configure Guardrails to add a Guardrail to your Agent.
