Processes in the Monitor section of the Agentic Hub lets you monitor the execution of Agentic Processes.

Processes

Next to the Processes title, a set of controls is available:

  • Search bar: Filters entries by Agentic Process name.
  • Refresh icon: Reloads the data.
  • Filter icon: Opens the Filter by panel, where you can filter entries by Subject and Status (Aborted, Canceled, Completed, Not started, Running, Suspended, Terminated, or Terminated by Event).
  • Date range: Restricts results to a specific period. Select Choose a date, set the Start date and End date, and select Apply.

Below these controls, a table displays every Agentic Process instance. Since an Agentic Process execution can change status at any time, the table updates automatically to reflect the current state. Each row includes information such as:

  • Process Name: Name of the Agentic Process.
  • Version: Version of the Agentic Process used.
  • Subject: Description of the specific Agentic Process instance.
  • Cost: Cost associated with the Agentic Process instance.
  • Duration: Time elapsed since the Agentic Process started (or total duration, once it ends).
  • Start Time: Date and time when the Agentic Process started.
  • End Time: Date and time when the Agentic Process ended.
  • Status: Process result, for example Completed or Running.

Each row includes two actions:

  • View: Opens the Process Detail, organized into the following tabs:
    • Overview
    • History
  • Stop: Available only while the process status is Running. Cancels the execution.

You can set the number of Items per page and navigate between pages at the bottom of the table.

Overview

Select View on an Agentic Process to open its detail. The Overview tab is shown by default, and displays a card with the Agentic Process's own information:

  • Definition Number and Instance ID: Identifiers for the Agentic Process definition and for this specific execution, each with its own Copy ID action.
  • Version, Start Time, End Time, Duration, and Cost: Same information as shown in the table above.

Processes5

Below the card, the Artifacts table lists the artifacts generated during the execution, with a Search artifact field to filter by name. Each entry shows the following columns:

  • Name: Name of the artifact.
  • Type: Artifact format, for example Text or MarkdownArticle.
  • Source: Origin of the artifact, for example a user or the Agentic Process engine.

Each entry includes a Download action.

History

The History tab lists the activity history of the Agentic Process.

Processes6

Each entry shows the following columns:

  • Activity: Name of the activity.
  • Type: Event or Work.
  • Start Time and End Time: When the activity started and ended.
  • Status: Activity result, for example Completed.

Activities of type Work can be expanded to show their individual Steps, each with its response time and, where it applies, its cost.

Click on a step row to open the Step Detail panel on the right side, with the same information described for Session Activity's Step Detail:

  • Response time: Time taken to complete the step.
  • Status: Step result (for example, completed).
  • Cost (USD): Cost associated with the step.
  • Tokens: Number of tokens consumed by the step.
  • Step title: Step identifier.
  • Timestamp: Date and time when the step was executed.
  • Type: Step type (for example, log).
  • LLM choice: LLM call type.
  • Error out?: Indicates whether the step produced an error.
  • Step Action: Raw JSON of the step action, with a Pretty toggle, Copy button, and fullscreen expand option.
  • Result Data: Raw JSON of the step result, with the same controls.

Processes9

From the Step Detail panel, you can also select Download JSON to download the step data as a JSON file.

This tab includes the following:

  • Search bar: Filters entries by activity name.
  • Refresh icon: Reloads the data.
  • Filter icon: Opens the Filter by panel, where you can filter entries by Type (Event or Work) and Status.
  • Date range: Restricts results to a specific period.
