Appearance & Branding lets Organization Administrators customise the appearance of an Organization's Hubs, including logos, colours, the platform name, the favicon and language settings.
Organization Administrators can access Appearance & Branding from Settings in the Side Menu. It opens the Appearance page, which has three tabs: Theme, Branding, and Language.
Changes on any tab stay local until you save them. At the top of the page, Discard, Preview changes, and Apply changes let you revert, preview, or save your changes; both Discard and Apply changes stay disabled until there is a pending change on any tab.

The Theme tab lets you edit the colors used across the platform, separately for Dark and Light mode.
Six presets are available: Default, Forest, Bold, Ocean, Warm, and Custom. Selecting a named preset applies its full set of colors to the mode you are editing. Selecting Custom keeps the current values as they are, so you can adjust them manually.
The Advanced customization panel lists each color token as an individually editable field. This panel is collapsed by default, expands automatically when you select the Custom preset, and can also be expanded or collapsed manually at any time.

It includes the following fields:
- Page background from and Page background to: Set the gradient used for the page background.
- Surface, Surface elevation 1, and Surface elevation 2: Set the background colors for surface layers at increasing elevation.
- Accent primary, Accent gradient start, and Accent gradient end: Set the accent color and its gradient.
- Text primary: Sets the primary text color, with its own on hover and pressed variants.
- Icon primary: Sets the primary icon color, with its own on hover variant.
- Border primary: Sets the primary border color, with its own on hover and pressed variants.
Selecting a color field opens a color picker with an eyedropper tool and RGB input fields.
A Live preview panel shows how the selected colors look, and updates as you change a preset or an individual color.
The Branding tab lets you upload the logos used across the platform and configure the Logo alt text shown for accessibility.
- Logo alt text: Under Display Name, choose between the same alt text for every language, or a different alt text per language, up to 150 characters each. This text is shown in the browser tab and on the sidebar logo; leave it empty to use the default.
- Dark logo and Light logo: Upload a light version, for light backgrounds, and a dark version, for dark backgrounds. Each accepts a single SVG or PNG file under 500 KB, uploaded by drag-and-drop or by selecting a file.
- Favicon: Accepts a single SVG or PNG file under 500 KB, uploaded the same way.

The Language tab controls the default language and which languages are available to users.
- Default language: A dropdown limited to the languages currently enabled.
- Common title and Description: Choose between the same title and description for all languages, or a different one per language. When you choose different text per language, a Title and Description field appear under each language in Supported languages.
Under Supported languages, each of the 9 supported languages (Arabic, German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese) can be toggled on or off; at least one language must stay enabled.
