Operation logs displays the platform's Operation Log entries, used to troubleshoot platform-level processes.

You can access Operation logs under System in the Console Menu. This section is visible only to users with the System administrator role.

OperationLog

Next to the Operation Log title, a set of controls is available:

  • EXPORT: Exports the list of log entries based on the current filters applied on the page.
  • Log Timestamp: Filters entries by date, using Today or a custom Range.
  • Pgm Name: Filters entries by program name, using criteria such as Contains.
  • Data: Filters entries by their Data content.
  • Filter icon: Opens options to clean the applied filters or save the current filter for later use.

Below these controls, a table displays every log entry. Each row includes the following information:

  • Log Timestamp: Date and time when the entry was logged.
  • Log Level: Severity of the entry, for example WARNING.
  • Pgm Name: Name of the program or process that generated the entry.
  • Data: Data associated with the entry.
  • Log Step: Step of the entry, for example FINISHED.

Each row includes a VIEW action that opens the entry's detail. Under the General tab, it shows the following fields:

  • Log Data: Raw data logged for the entry, for example Unmapped Usage: model: , Usage: {"key":"cost","value":"0.01853699"}.
  • Entity Id: Identifier of the entity the entry relates to.
  • Entity Name: Name of the entity the entry relates to, for example Unmapped Usage.
  • Http Status: HTTP status code associated with the entry, when it applies.
  • Log Level: Severity of the entry, for example WARNING.
  • Pgm Name: Full name of the program or class that generated the entry.
  • Log Step: Step of the entry, for example FINISHED.
  • Log Timestamp: Date and time when the entry was logged.
  • Log User: User associated with the entry, when it applies.
  • User Name: Name of the user associated with the entry, when it applies.

You can navigate between pages at the bottom of the table.
