Users lists the users registered in the platform. From this section, you can review each user's roles and remove a user.
You can access Users under System in the Console Menu. This section is visible only to users with the System administrator role.
Next to the User title, a set of controls is available:
- EXPORT: Exports the list of Users based on the current filters applied on the page.
- Email: Filters Users by email, using criteria such as Contains.
- Filter icon: Opens options to clean the applied filters or save the current filter for later use
Below these controls, a table displays every User. Each row includes the following information:
- Id: Unique identifier of the User.
- Name: Name of the User.
- Email: Email address of the User.
- Last Login: Date and time of the User's last login.
- Is a valid User?: Indicates whether the User is valid.
Each row includes the following actions:
- Clean: Clears all UserUIContext data for the User, after a confirmation dialog.
- ORG ROLES: Opens the User's roles at Organization level.
- PROJ ROLES: Opens the User's roles at Project level.
- DELETE HARD: Permanently deletes the User.
You can navigate between pages at the bottom of the table.
