Request Exporter runs the process that exports Request records older than a defined number of days, and optionally deletes them. The page header shows this feature as Request Export Tester.
You can access Request Exporter under System in the Console Menu. This section is visible only to users with the System administrator role.
The page includes the following fields:
- Days before: Number of days used as the threshold; Requests older than this number of days are included in the export.
- Delete records?: When checked, deletes the exported Request records after the export completes.
Click RUN PROCESS to start the export.
