Glob.AI OS uses the AGENT_AVATAR_GENERATOR_BASE_REQUEST Parameter to define the AI provider and model used to generate an Agent's avatar image.
System Administrators can configure it in the Console, under SuperAdmin Options > System > Parameters. Like other System Parameters, you can define it at the System level and override it at the Organization or Project level.
If you change the provider, you must update not only the model, but also the properties in the Parameter value, since each provider expects a different set of properties. Changing only the model while keeping properties from a previous provider causes the request to fail.
When Agent avatar generation fails, you see the actual error message returned by the configured image generation provider rather than a generic failure message. The platform also records this error at the Requests by organizations level, so you can find the real cause of the failure for troubleshooting.
