Iris is the integrated Agent of the Agentic Hub that assists you while you build and configure AI solutions in Hubs, through a conversation in natural language.
You can access Iris from the chat panel displayed on the left side of the Agents Dashboard. This panel opens when you create or edit an Agent from the Agentic Hub, and remains available at all times. At any point of the configuration, you can describe the Agent you want to build, ask questions, or request help completing specific fields.
With Iris, you can:
- Create an Agent: Describe the Agent you need, and Iris configures it for you. Based on the conversation, Iris completes fields such as Name, Role, Purpose, Background Knowledge, Guidelines, and Examples, and selects an AI Model, a Reasoning Strategy, and the Integrations the Agent requires. For the complete procedure, see How to create an Agent.
- Update an existing Agent: Ask Iris to adjust the configuration of the Agent you are editing. Whether you are in the Configuration Tab of an Agent or the AI and Tools Tab of an Agent, Iris helps you update the corresponding fields.
- Get AI Model recommendations: Ask Iris which model best fits a given topic while you are creating an Agent. For the full list, see Models recommendations by topic.
- Ask questions about the platform: Get answers about the platform and its features, along with pointers to the related documentation.
You can also ask Iris how to carry out specific tasks, solve particular use cases, or clarify conceptual questions about the platform, directly from the chat. When you ask, Iris provides contextual, step-by-step guidance tailored to your question, and complements the response with links to the most relevant resources of the Glob.AI OS Official Documentation Site.
For example, you can ask Iris how to configure an Agent, how to set up an Integration, how to manage authentication settings, or how to implement a specific workflow. In each case, you receive actionable instructions along with the supporting documentation.
When you ask Iris to configure an Agent with a model that is not available in your Organization, Iris does not apply that model and recommends an available one instead.
